• Unique “one-click control” technology: AD dry air generator adopts a PLC intelligent controller, which can start or stop the equipment by simply pressing the “Start/Stop” button. The equipment operates fully automatically to minimize manual operation errors. Equipping comprehensive machine protection systems, such as power protection, pressure protection, oil liquid level observing system, etc. Make sure the machine works normally.
• Low dew point of finished gas: The core indicator for measuring a dry air generator is the dew point of the gas supply. The lower the dew point, the drier the air. Low dew point dry air will adsorb moisture inside the transformer to improve insulation performance. The AD series of dry air and compressed drying, freeze-drying, and adsorption drying are integrated and adopt a multi-level filtration system. Regardless of the moisture content in the air, the dew point of the finished gas will rapidly decrease to below -70 ℃.
• Efficient filtration system: Adopting the “gradually dense” filtration technology, the maximum filtration accuracy is 0.01 µ m, and the solid particle retention rate is as high as 99.99%. The filtration accuracy of the primary filter is 3 µ m, the filtration accuracy of the secondary filter is 1 µ m, and the filtration accuracy of the tertiary filter is 0.01 µ m.
• Heat-free regeneration of adsorbent: The adsorbent of WEINENG AD dry air generator adopts a fully automatic regeneration method without thermal pressure difference, which eliminates the need for manual baking of the adsorbent.
• Low regeneration gas consumption: Using Weineng patented drying technology, the regeneration gas consumption is less than 5%. The traditional regeneration method consumes more than 14% of regeneration gas, which is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
• Fully automatic drainage system: The water intercepted by the compression system, refrigeration system, and filtration system will be discharged into the water collection tank through an automatic drainage device, without the need for manual drainage.
• A comprehensive protection system: The Weineng AD dry air generator has protection functions such as power section phase mismatch, high voltage, low voltage, motor overload, high pressure, and low pressure.
• Equipped with a dust removal gun: The Weineng AD dry air generator is equipped with a dust removal gun for easy cleaning of equipment during field operations.
