| Why You Need a ZY-20 Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier

The transformer requires clean and dried oil. During its usage, the insulating oil absorbs moisture and gets polluted by sopping fibers, dirty particles, aging products soot, etc.
Even unused oil is not clean enough as it may have absorbed moisture from the air or may have got polluted in the barrel it was stored in.
The efficiency of the oil as an insulating material is highly reduced as the moisture level increases. Hence transformer oil filtering is an important process that eliminates solid particles, dissolved gases and dissolved water.
The electrical properties of the oil can be enhanced by filtering, dehydration and degassing. ZY helps transformers keep in good condition and increase their lifetime.

ZY Series Single-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is specially designed for treating unqualified insulating oil, transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, etc. ZY oil purifier is widely used in factory workshops, power transmission and generation stations, etc.
It is very suitable for power distribution systems, power grids and companies that are involved in the business of transformer maintenance or repairs.
The ZY system not only provides regular oil purification/ reclamation such as degassing, drying and particulate removal, but also can remove acidity, sludge, carbon deposits, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.
This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special brand of earth. After treatment, the oil can be reused as new.
Besides the regular transformer oil purification, this machine can be also used as vacuum oil injecting and vacuum drying equipment for transformers, and it is cost-effective and easy to operate.
Oil quality is affected by water, gas particles, etc during usage, with the ZY machine, the oil can be reused as new oil, save cost and protect the environment.

Large area 3D flash distillation tech, advanced dehydration and degassing system, which removes water and gas quickly and thoroughly.
ZY equips a precise and multi-stage filtration system (primary filter, secondary filter and filter) with gradually increasing filtering precision, With such a reasonable and effective system, it can remove the particles from oil completely.

Heaters are made of reliable material(carbon fiber), which ensures uniform heating fast, oil temperature stability. Using a high-density heater, the heating load is less than 2w/cm2; in this way, lowering the surface temperature of the heater prevents oil aging and oil cracking.
As the heart of a vacuum machine, ZY equips a durable and reliable vacuum pump, scientific vacuum tank size, taking advantage of an advanced spiral atomization device, three-dimensional separation tower, flash evaporation technology, the formation of parabolic oil in the evaporation tank operation, can quickly remove oil moisture and harmful gases.

Unique Dehydration (Degas) System: It adopts Duplex 3D stereo evaporation tech which makes the evaporation area three times more than normal evaporation tech. This innovation can dehydrate and degas effectively and efficiently. Meanwhile, we bring the UK G tech from Japan to eliminate the kinds of trace water content and dissolved water thoroughly, so it can increase the breakdown voltage and anti-pressure value enormously, ensuring the transformer oil properties.
Elec-controlling System & German 3UG3 Rela: We cooperate with world brands like Siemens, and Schneider, as well as Chinese famous enterprises. The main components of electrical apparatus have proven to be durable and reliable in the past 10 years. Ensure the safety of the controlling system. Equips several protection systems that avoid oil ejection, overload, overvoltage, etc. German 3UG3 relay keeps the machine working safely, and efficiently in any situation such as power off, lack of phase, wrong phase position, etc.
Distinctive Filtering System: The filtering system, which is combined with a double FH trapezoidal network with H.P. high molecule polymer material, could remove particles by filtration precision, as well as its material impurities absorbing properties. Distinctively remove various impurities and particles. The filtering system takes the backwash tech, it can clean the filters by backwash, and extends the lifetime of filters awfully.
Carbon Fiber Infrared Oil Heating System: Carbon fiber infrared heating system is the most advanced heating tech, the unique heater structure heats the oil uniformly and with stability. it gives the heat quickly(in 3 seconds after power on) and the efficiency of electricity transforming to heat is very high(more than 98%). The oil heating system assures less than 2w/cm2. During the heating process, the deterioration of the oil caused by overheating is avoided. The oil temperature can be adjusted between 0~100℃. The heaters are controlled manually or automatically. The heaters will stop automatically when the temperature reaches a certain degree by the safety protection devices, the heaters also stop when the oil volume of the inlet is insufficient, to avoid damage to the heater. The heater material is good at oxidation resistance at high temperatures and can be used for more than 10 years.
Cooler, Dielectric Condensation system: The system is composed of a cooler, condenser, water receiver, etc. The vapor and other gas, which evaporated from the vacuum chamber, first drop in temperature and are rid of moisture in a dielectric condenser whose decalescence medium changes water vapor to liquid water quickly, then is condensed again in a cooler.
